Revenue Minister K. Rajan will inaugurate the newly constructed Revenue Divisional Office (RDO) building at Pullikunnil in Kasaragod at 10:00 a.m. on Monday (September 1, 2025). The function will also see the launch of a district-level  Pattaya (title deed) Mela.
Title deeds will be distributed to extremely poor families, including from tribal areas, in the district.
The new RDO building was constructed under the Rebuild Kerala project with an allocation of ₹4 crore. Built by the Public Works department, the two-storey structure spans 1,052.39 sq.m and houses a front office, court hall, RDO chamber, office rooms, record room, and RDO quarters.
