Artificial Intelligence (AI) is taking over a lot of activities that managers were doing in organisations earlier. But, taking decisions with empathy remains with humans, said speakers at a webinar on “The New-Age Manager : Leading in an AI-Driven, Uncertain World” held on Saturday.
