A new building worth ₹1 crore was inaugurated at Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Government-Aided Primary School in Pudunaduvalur, Perambalur, on Thursday, by A. Srinivasan, chancellor, Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan University.
In his address, Mr. Srinivasan said: “This building will contribute significantly to the educational development and future progress of the students.” Perambalur District Chief Educational Officer Swami Muthazhagan and school headmistress Lalitha were present at the inauguration, according to an official press release. Modern classrooms, safe drinking water, hygienic restrooms, sports facilities, a library, CCTV surveillance, and other essential amenities are part of the new building.
