Visakhapatnam MP Mathukumilli Sribharat called the TDP workers as a bridge between the government and the people, and said that the party will always acknowledge and remember their invaluable services.

He participated as the chief guest at a programme organised under the banner “Suparipalana Tholi Adugu” at the TDP office, here on Monday, to encourage and motivate party workers.

As part of the programme, 36 party workers from Visakhapatnam North Constituency, who have rendered services at various levels, were selected and felicitated with awards and shawls.

Addressing the gathering, Mr. Sribharat called upon every party worker to work actively with the primary objective of ensuring the party’s victory in future elections. He urged them to participate more proactively in party activities and to strive sincerely for the resolution of public issues.

He said that receiving the “Best Party Worker” award brings with it greater responsibility, and advised the awardees to recognise this responsibility and perform their duties with enhanced efficiency and commitment.

He explained that “Suparipalana Tholi Adugu” initiative was intended not only to recognise deserving workers but also to inspire others. He asked party workers, who were not selected, to not feel discouraged, but work harder with dedication and develop a competitive spirit to earn recognition in future.

Gandi Babji, Chairman of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Oil Seeds Growers Federation, Chode Pattabhiram, newly elected president of the Visakhapatnam TDP Parliamentary Constituency, Lodagala Krishna, general secretary, Polamarasetti Srinivas, former general secretary, TDP corporators from Visakhapatnam North Constituency, and other party leaders and workers were among those who participated in the programme.
