Telangana State Tourism Development Corporation (TGTDC) Chairman Patel Ramesh Reddy strongly condemned the language used by BRS president and former Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao and MLA K.T. Rama Rao against Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy. He said that the people of Telangana are ashamed of the words being spoken by the father-son duo and warned them to hold their tongues.
Addressing the media at Gandhi Bhavan on Sarurday, Mr. Ramesh Reddy accused KCR and KTR of introducing ‘vulgar language’ into Telangana’s politics. “Our society observes that their language has gone beyond that of street rowdies,” he said, adding that the public will not remain silent if such remarks continue.
He alleged that KCR has been hiding in his Erravelli farmhouse for eight months and started speaking out only to divert public attention. “We strongly condemn the language used against the CM. KCR should play the role of a responsible Opposition leader,” he said. Taking a sharp dig at KTR, Mr. Ramesh Reddy said, “Is this the language you use after studying in America?
Highlighting Mr. Revanth Reddy’s rise, he challenged KCR to come to the Assembly and debate issues of exploitation during the previous regimes. The Chairman also criticised BRS MLA G Jagadish Reddy for “using objectionable language to please KCR”.
