Sewage flow to be affected in three zones for 36 hours from February 6

Some parts of the city may experience sewage flow as pumping stations in three zones will not function for 36 hours from 2 p.m. on February 6 to facilitate pipeline interconnection work at Moolakadai junction.

A press release from Chennai Metrowater said some sewage pumping stations in Madhavaram, Anna Nagar, and Thiru. Vi. Ka. Nagar zones will not be operated between 2 p.m. on February 6 and 2 a.m. on February 8 to allow pipeline interconnection work by Chennai Metro Rail Limited.
