Tirunelveli Collector inspects competitive exams coaching under ‘Vettri Palligal’ scheme

Collector Anand Mohan on Saturday inspected special coaching being conducted for higher secondary students under the ‘Vettri Palligal’ scheme at Quaid-e-Millath Corporation Higher Secondary School in Melapalayam.

Special coaching classes are being conducted every Saturday for class XI and XII students studying in government schools in the district to train them for competitive examinations. Coaching is being provided in AVRM Higher Secondary School in Ambasamudram, Kallanai Girls Higher Secondary School in Tirunelveli, Quaid-e-Millath Corporation Higher Secondary School in Melapalayam and Government Higher Secondary School in Moolaikaraipatti.

The initiative aims to provide quality coaching to help students prepare for competitive examinations. The training focuses on improving students’ academic performance, familiarising them with syllabus and question patterns of the entrance examinations. It also aims to help students to develop time management skills, identify correct answers and build self-confidence to face examinations.

Mr. Anand Mohan interacted with the students and observed the coaching sessions. He enquired about their learning progress and offered suggestions and guidance to help them excel in NEET, JEE and other competitive examinations.
