The water level in Papanasam Dam on Wednesday was at 42.40 feet (maximum level 143 feet). The dam had an inflow of 500.46 cusecs and 229.75 cusecs of water was discharged. The level in Manimuthar Dam stood at 59.82 feet (maximum level 118 feet). The dam had an inflow of 127 cusecs and 25 cusecs of water was discharged.
