A woman has alleged that she spotted a man engaging in an obscene act while she was exercising on the cycling track along the Outer Ring Road (ORR) in Nanakramguda on Sunday (April 26, 2026).
As per the video the woman posted on social media, the incident took place at around 6.15 a.m. when she had gone for a run. She said the man behaved inappropriately despite the track being crowded.
