CESC’s online services to remain unavailable from July 25 to 27 in various parts of Karnataka

The Chamundeshwari Electricity Supply Corporation (CESC) has said that all its online services will be temporarily unavailable from 8:30 a.m. of July 25 to 10 p.m. of July 27 due to scheduled Information Technology (IT) system upgrades and server maintenance.

During this period, certain services will remain inaccessible. They include online electricity bill payment, new connection applications, name and tariff change requests, cash counter services, and other digital facilities offered by CESC, a press release said.

The disruption in online services will affect customers across the CESC service areas, including V.V. Mohalla, Hootagalli, Kuvempunagar, Ramakrishnanagar, Central Subdivision, Chamundipuram, N.R. Mohalla, Jyothinagar, Nanjangud, K.R. Nagar, Hunsur, Chamarajanagar, Kollegal, Madikeri, Mandya, Malavalli, Hassan, Channarayapatna, and Arsikere, the release added.
