A 23-year-old worker from Uttar Pradesh died after accidentally falling from an under-construction building in Durganagar on Thursday (July 24) afternoon.
The deceased, identified as Saroj Sagar, was working as an elevation worker on the second floor of a building near the Ayyappa temple in Durga Hills at the time of the incident. According to police, he lost his balance and fell to the first floor, sustaining serious injuries.
He was immediately rushed to Osmania General Hospital for treatment, where the duty doctors declared him dead on arrival.
A case was registered, and a post-mortem examination was conducted. His body was later handed over to his family, who have taken it back to Uttar Pradesh.
