Telangana Weather August 6 | Heavy rainfall alert in four districts

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a heavy rainfall alert in four Telangana districts for Wednesday (August 6, 2025). According to IMD’s latest bulletin, heavy rainfall is very likely at isolated places in Vikarabad, Sangareddy, Medak and Kamareddy districts. Additionally, thunderstorm accompanied with lightning and gusty winds are very likely in all 33 districts of the State.

Hyderabad and its surrounding areas for the next 24 hours will see generally cloudy sky. “Moderate to heavy rain or thundershowers accompanied with gusty winds are very likely to occur in parts of the city. Hazy conditions are very likely to prevail during the morning hours. The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to be around 32 and 22 degrees C, respectively,” the bulletin said.
