The 1974-78 batch of Andhra University College of Pharmacy students renovated a part of the college with funds donated by the alumni batch of students. The renovated structures and facilities were inaugurated by Vice Chancellor Prof. G.P. Raja Sekhar on Monday.
According to the principal of the College of Pharmacy, G. Girija Shankar, the students collectively donated ₹ 1.2 crore to renovate two classrooms, a lab, a conference hall, four faculty rooms and a corridor.
