The water level in Papanasam Dam on Thursday stood at 119.60 feet (maximum level 143 feet). The dam had an inflow of 877.40 cusecs of water and a discharge of 1,750 cusecs. The level in Manimuthar Dam stood at 94.70 feet (maximum level 118 feet). The dam had an inflow of 62.56 cusecs and a discharge of 100 cusecs.
