Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, Deputy Chief Minister K. Pawan Kalyan and IT Minister Nara Lokesh are scheduled to take part in several programmes in the city on Friday.
Mr. Naidu is scheduled to arrive at at Naval Coastal Battery (NCB) at 11.15 a.m. He would attend ‘India Food Manufacturing Summit’ at Hotel Novotel. At around 1 p.m., he will launch the ‘Hop-On Hop-Off’ Discover Vizag double-decker buses near the Kali Matha temple on Beach Road. At around 2 p.m., he will attend ‘Griffin Founder Networks Meeting’ at Radisson Blu Resort.
Deputy Chief Minister K. Pawan Kalyan is scheduled to take part in Jana Sena Party’s (JSP) ‘Sena tho Senani’ programme in the city.
Meanwhile, IT Minister Nara Lokesh, who reached the city on Thursday evening, will attend the National Conference of Chartered Accountants at PM Palem at around 10 a.m. on Friday.
Later, he will attend the inauguration of AI Labs across various schools in virtual mode. He would take part in the inaugural at ZPHS Chandrampalem too.
Mr. Lokesh will also attend CII International Conference on Aerospace Manufacturing at 3 p.m. and National Sports Day event at AU Convention Centre at 4.15 p.m.
He will also meet the Team India (Women’s) Cricket team members at Radisson Blu. The team has been undergoing preparations in the city ahead of the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025.
District Collector M.N. Harendhira Prasad conducted several review meetings to discuss the arrangements for the programmes, while Police Commissioner Shankhabrata Bagchi reviewed the security arrangements.
