Kerala Tourism Development Corporation (KTDC) is preparing delicious payasams at its various properties across the State this year. The payasam counter at Mascot Hotel here will be operated between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. from September 2 to 5.
Apart from this, the payasam sale counter will be opened from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. at KTDC Grand Chaithram and it will be available from 7 a.m. onwards on Uthradam and till noon on Thiruvonam day.
The main varieties of payasams available are ada pradhaman, pal payasam, kadala payasam, palada payasam, navarasa payasam, carrot payasam, etc., and day-special payasams available are pineapple payasam, pazham payasam, parippu pradhaman, mambazha payasam, wheat payasam, etc. The price will be ₹450 for one litre and ₹230 for half litre (including tax).
The payasam sale counter at Mascot Hotel here will be inaugurated by P.A. Mohamed Riyas, Minister for Tourism, on Tuesday (September 2).
