Tamil Nadu Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin on Tuesday launched the Tamil Nadu Skill Registry, a pioneering digital platform developed under the State’s flagship Naan Mudhalvan skill initiative — https://naanmudhalvan.tn.gov.in/tnskillregistry

The TNSKILL Registry allows industries and employers to discover and connect with Tamil Nadu’s skilled youth free of cost, powered by AI-enabled voice search in Tamil and English and chatbot-based search assistance, an official release said. It has over 13.7 lakh verified youth profiles across engineering, arts & science, diploma, and ITI streams.

“Employers can self-register, access detailed candidate profiles, apply smart filters, and use AI-powered voice or chatbot-based search to identify the right candidates with ease. The system enables shortlisting, sending interview invites via email, SMS, and WhatsApp, tracking responses, and updating offer letter status,” it said.
