DRM inaugurates new steam boiler for laundry

Waltair Railway Divisional Manager Lalit Bohra on Thursday inaugurated the new steam boiler of the M/s Ultra Washtex Pvt. Ltd at Autonagar in Gajuwaka. The company is one of the authorised contractors of the Indian Railways, providing laundry services.

The DRM lauded the services of the company and visited the Bed Sheet Calendaring & Folding Machine, and Washer Extractors at the washing facility. He praised L.G .Trinadha Rao, CMD of the Ultra Group of Companies, director L. Sai Vandana for establishing the plant at Gajuwaka. The facility has the capacity to process 7.5 tonnes of laundry per shift.

For the past 14 years, the company has been operating in the laundry and dry cleaning sector, serving a variety of industries, including the Indian Railways in the Visakhapatnam region.
