Enforcement Directorate searches house of retired bank employee

Enforcement Directorate officials searched the house of a retired private bank employee in Palayamkottai on Tuesday.

Following allegations of financial irregularities, ED officials conducted surprise check in the house of retired private bank employee Sivasubramanian in Thiyagaraja Nagar in Palayamkottai on Tuesday. The raid was conducted as Sivasubramanian allegedly sanctioned loans after accepting fake documents as mortgage when he was serving in Coimbatore.

The ED officials reportedly seized undisclosed amount of cash and documents from the house of the suspect.
