The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) on Wednesday announced the launch of the Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana 2025, offering 1,172 flats in the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Janta categories across Narela, Loknayakpuri, Rohini, Todapur, Dwarka (Sectors 14 and 19B), and Manglapuri.
The flats will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. Registrations open on September 11, while bookings begin from September 22.
According to the DDA, the plinth area of the flats ranges between 28.81 square metres and 61.99 square metres. Prices start at around ₹15 lakh for Janta flats and go up to ₹55.35 lakh for EWS flats, after a 15% discount.
There is no cap on the number of flats an individual can book under the scheme. However, each booking requires a deposit of ₹50,000.
