A 25-year-old software engineer was killed in a hit and run accident on Outer Ring Road near Kalyan Nagar on Sunday.
The deceased Salaguna Pradeep, a native of Andhra Pradesh was working in a tech firm and residing in a rented house in Kalkere. He was returning home on his motorcycle when an unidentified vehicle knocked him down.
Passers-by found the severely injured Pradeep and rushed him to a nearby hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. The Banasawadi traffic police have registered a hit and run case and analysing CCTV footage to identify the vehicle involved in the accident.
