Railway Board has decided to continue the running of Train No. 06281/06282 Mysuru–Ajmer–Mysuru Express Special to clear the extra rush during the ensuing Holi and summer season.
The train will run for 17 additional trips with the existing path, stoppages, fare structure and composition, with revised timings on Western Railway. The service has been extended from Ajmer to Madar Junction over North Western Railway, according to a press release.
Train No. 06281 Mysuru–Madar Junction Express Special, which was earlier notified to run up to January 31, is now extended to run on 07, 14, 21 and 28 February, 07, 14, 21 and 28 March, 04, 11, 18 and 25 April, and 02, 09, 16, 23 and 30 May 2026 (Saturdays).
According to the revised timings, the train will arrive/depart Vasai Road at 12.00/12.05 hrs, Surat at 14.43/14.48 hrs, Vadodara Junction at 16.20/16.25 hrs, Ratlam Junction at 20.00/20.10 hrs, Mandasor at 21.25/21.27 hrs, Nimach at 22.18/22.20 hrs, Chittaurgarh Junction at 00.05/00.10 hrs, Bhilwara at 01.30/01.35 hrs, Bijainagar at 02.40/02.42 hrs, Nasirabad at 03.34/03.36 hrs, and Ajmer Junction at 04.15/04.25 hrs, and will arrive at Madar Junction at 05.00 hrs, the release said.
Train No. 06282 Madar Junction–Mysuru Express Special, which was earlier notified to run up to February 02, is now extended to run on 09, 16 and 23 February, 02, 09, 16, 23 and 30 March, 06, 13, 20, and 27 April 2026, 04, 11, 18 and 25 May, and 01 June 2026 (Mondays).
With revised timings, the train will depart Madar Junction at 18.20 hrs, arrive/depart Ajmer Junction at 18.40/18.50 hrs, and further stop at Nasirabad 19.36/19.38 hrs, Bijainagar 20.20/20.22 hrs, Bhilwara 21.30/21.35 hrs, Chittaurgarh Junction 23.35/23.45 hrs, Nimach 00.57/00.59 hrs, Mandasor 01.44/01.49 hrs, Ratlam Junction 03.50/04.00 hrs, Vadodara Junction 07.40/07.50 hrs, Surat 10.05/10.10 hrs, and Vasai Road 13.20/13.25 hrs, before proceeding towards Mysuru, the release said.
