Titan Company on Friday (July 11, 2025) said Ajoy Chawla, currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Company’s Jewellery Division, would succeed C.K. Venkataraman as the Managing Director with effect from 1st January 2026.
Consequent to the above changes, Arun Narayan, currently leading the Company’s Tanishq India business responsible for Retail, Marketing and Merchandising, would succeed Mr. Chawla as the CEO of the Jewellery Division with effect from 1st January 2026, Titan Company said in a regulatory filing.
Kuruvilla Markose, currently the CEO of the company’s International Business Division, would succeed Suparna Mitra as the CEO of the Watches Division with effect from 13th August 2025, the filing said. Ms. Mitra, who resigned recently, would be relieved 12 12th August 2025, as per the filing.
