As part of the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ (HGT) campaign 2025, the Waltair Division is hosting a number of events including: Rangoli competitions, essay writing contests, quiz programs, enthusiastic Tiranga-themed bike and cycle rallies, a Tiranga concert, Tiranga art painting sessions, and creative selfie booths.
On Thursday, the Personnel Branch of the Waltair Division conducted a rangoli competition at the Rail Club, for women railway employees. President of ECoR Women’s Welfare Organisation (E Co RWWO) Jyotsna Bohra along with other executive members, judged the event and announced the winners.
As part of the week-long celebrations a film festival is also being organised. On August 8, a patriotic film will be screened at the Railway Club. The event is expected to draw a large audience, including children, ECoRWWO members, staff and officers.
Divisional Railway Manager Lalit Bohra appealed to the public to take active part in fostering national pride and community spirit by participating in the events and ensuring the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign is a memorable one.
