Hyderabad | Armed men attempt robbery at Chandanagar jewellery store, open fire injuring one

A group of unidentified men attempted a robbery at Khazana Jewellery in Chandanagar, Hyderabad, on Tuesday (April 12, 2025) and used a weapon to open fire.

The incident was reported around 10.30 a.m., when four men armed with weapons fired at a man, injuring him in the leg.

The victim was shifted to a hospital in the vicinity for treatment. The Chandanagar police said there was no loss of life or property in the incident. A case was booked. Further details are awaited as the investigation is underway.
