Mahesh Goud meets CM to discuss local body polls and BC reservations

Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) president and MLC Mahesh Kumar Goud called on Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy at the CM’s residence in Jubilee Hills on Tuesday.

Mr. Goud discussed the date and agenda for the upcoming TPCC Political Affairs Committee (PAC) meeting, which is likely to finalise the date for announcement of the local body poll dates.

Sources said they also discussed the pending appointments to various posts, including directors of corporations, boards, and commissions. The meeting focused on the latest developments following the BC reservation dharna in Delhi and discussed the roadmap for implementing 42% reservations in the State.
