The Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) is set to host the third edition of its flagship Delhi Arbitration Weekend (DAW) from September 18 to 21.

The event will see participation from several eminent jurists, international arbitrators, institutional leaders, policymakers and academics from across the globe. The four-day programme will feature leading global institutions, including the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, International Chamber of Commerce, International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes, and the Permanent Court of Arbitration.

Chief Justice of India B.R. Gavai will address the inaugural session, while Stephen Gageler, the Chief Justice of the High Court of Australia, will deliver the keynote address. The welcome address will be delivered by Chief Justice of Delhi High Court Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya.

The conference will feature a mix of panel discussions, Oxford-style debates, and sessions covering a wide range of topics, such as the anatomy of an enforceable award, arbitration amid global challenges, the future of arbitration seats in India, and the growing role of AI technology in dispute resolution.
