Water level in Mullaperiyar dam stood at 133.55 feet (the maximum permissible level is 142 feet) with an inflow of 2,507 cusecs and a discharge of 1,000 cusecs. In Vaigai dam, the level stood at 69.75 feet (the maximum level is 71 ft.) with an inflow of 839 cusecs and a discharge of 869 cusecs. The combined storage in Periyar credit was 10,308.22 mcft.
