The 17th national convention of the National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) will be held in New Delhi on August 29 and 30.
The brochure was released in Visakhapatnam on Tuesday by NAREDCO State president Gadde Chakradhar, North Zone president A. Ramesh Babu, executive vice presidents M.A. Hussain and Y.V. Choudary, secretary general D. Papa Rao, and treasurer K.V.V. Subba Rao. The convention will deliberate on regulatory reforms, urban transformation, affordable housing, and real estate growth. Mr. Chakradhar said Andhra Pradesh ranks first in Ease and Speed of Doing Business, citing reforms in MAUD, Stamps and Registration, Revenue Department, Sale-cum-GPA exemption, Affordable Housing, and Single Window Clearance.
Highlighting affordable housing, green infrastructure, and private investment as key themes, he said the convention would provide the right platform to showcase Andhra Pradesh’s opportunities and align policies nationally.
