V. S. Shankar Sriram., Dean, School of Computing, Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy (SASTRA), is to receive the National Teacher Award for the year 2025.
According to a SASTRA release, Shankar Sriram has been selected for this year’s NTA in Higher Education (Engineering Category) and will receive the award, carrying a silver plaque and cash purse of ₹50,000, from President Droupadi Murmu on September 5 in New Delhi.
