The India Habitat Centre (IHC) on Wednesday launched “Utsav”, a series that celebrates various cultural and culinary festivals of India at its restaurant. The IHC kick-started the initiative to celebrate Onam and is offering a traditional Sadhya at Ann restaurant from September 3-5.

The restaurant plans to serve regional cuisine associated with festivals around the year such as Baisakhi, Bihu, Ugadi, and street food from Delhi.

“Delhi is a mini India, a cosmopolitan city bringing all communities together, and Onam is a festival that signifies bringing people together to celebrate through food,” said K.G. Suresh, Director of IHC.
