Belagavi-based Aequs, an aerospace and defence technologies company, has been recognised by Airbus for the timely and successful execution on project PACT (Premium Aerotec Consolidation and Transformation) and delivery of critical components on time.
Airbus executives announced this at a recent town hall meeting with the aerospace team at the Aequs campus in Belagavi.
Mike Broetzmann, Head of Procurement and Supply Chain Transformation, Airbus Aerostructures GmbH, acknowledged the effort of the team members for the success of the project.
Rajeev Kaul, Managing Director, Aequs Limited said that the recognition underscored the trust Airbus places in them. “Delivering critical components on time and at specified quality standards is not just a responsibility but a commitment that drives us every day. This milestone is a testament to the strength of our people, processes, and partnerships,” he said.
“Over the years, Aequs has consistently demonstrated its ability to develop complex products, deliver precision-engineered components, and clear stringent qualification checks for its components. The manufacturing plant in Belagavi has facilities to house machining, forging, surface treatment, and assembly operations within a single Special Economic Zone (SEZ),” he said.
