Chief Minister M.K. Stalin inaugurated a newly constructed wedding hall at Arulmigu Sugavaneswarar Swamy Temple, built at ₹3.60 crore, via video conference, on Wednesday (June 18, 2025).
According to the release, the Chief Minister has been implementing several significant initiatives for the development of temples. The inauguration of the hall was a part of these efforts.
District Collector R. Brindha Devi, Mayor A. Ramachandran, Deputy Mayor M. Saradha Devi, Chairman of the Board of Trustees Valliappa, Revenue Divisional Officer A. Abinaya, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Joint Commissioner V. Sabarmathi and Assistant Commissioner V. Amsaa were present at the event.
