Konkan Railway Corporation Ltd. (KRCL) brought out a coffee table book on Friday, featuring its journey over the years, at KRCL headquarters in Belapur, Mumbai.
Actor, director, and filmmaker Sachin Pilgaonkar released the book in the presence of KRCL Chairman and Managing Director Santosh Kumar Jha, Director (Operations and Commercial) Sunil Gupta, Chief Public Relations Officer Girish R. Karandikar, and others.
A release said the coffee table book is a visual tribute to the iconic Konkan Railway, capturing its engineering marvels, scenic beauty, and transformative impact on the region. Through stunning photographs and engaging narratives, it chronicles the evolution of the railway from a bold vision to a lifeline of the western coast. It also reflects Konkan Railway’s positioning as a leading infrastructure entity, showcasing its growing footprint through the successful execution of various prestigious projects across the country.
