A 30-year-old man allegedly ended his life after stabbing a 26-year-old woman he loved in Farangipet on Monday. According to the police, Sudheer and Divya, who have been friends for eight years, have been experiencing a strain in their relationship for the past few days.
On Monday morning, Sudheer met Divya at Sujir Malli of Farangipet and proposed to marry her.
There was a heated exchange of words between the two, and Sudheer stabbed Divya. She then ran a few meters and fell on the road. Sudheer then went to her house and ended his life.
