More than the buildings, it is friendships that were built through the past several decades and history that contributed to unity among alumni of Maharaja’s College, Venu Rajamony, former diplomat and president of Maharaja’s College Old Students Association, has said.
He was presiding over the 85th annual general body meeting of the association here on Sunday. He termed as “deplorable” the “attitude of the present college management” towards the old students association, at a time when the college was celebrating its 150th anniversary. He exhorted the alumni of the college to proceed with unity since the stakeholders concerned would change over time.
