Man held on charge of misbehaving with woman at clinic at Ulliyeri

A 30-year-old man has been arrested for reportedly misbehaving with a woman employee at a health clinic on Ulliyeri-Perambra Road in Kozhikode district.

Mohammed Jasin, a native of Parappanangadi, reportedly misbehaved with the woman around 6.30 a.m. on August 25. Closed-circuit television camera footage of the incident, showing him assaulting the woman and then running away from there, was widely shared on social media thereafter. Jasin was arrested by the Atholi police at Kunnamangalam.
