The lab seeks to ensure a unified and reliable smart home experience. Besides, the collaboration will leverage the power of artificial intelligence and machine learning to bring a new level of intelligence to the home environment, creating systems that can proactively anticipate user needs, automate tasks, and deliver an intuitive and personalised experience, it said.
With a funding support of ₹1 crore over three years, the varsity will establish the lab and provide the necessary academic and technical resources, according to the release.
