Theni-based L.S. Mills, as part of its corporate social responsibility initiative, on Tuesday distributed free hearing aids to 240 persons and spectacles to 55 persons at its B Unit in Veerapandi in Theni district.
Chief General Manager of State Bank of India (Chennai Circle) Vivekanand Choubey handed over the hearing aids and spectacles to the needy people and appreciated the Mills management for the initiative.
Chairman cum Managing Director of L.S. Mills S. Manivannan, Chief Financial Officer of L.S. Mills B. Gnanagurusamy, General Manager of SBI (Chennai) Joby Jose, Deputy General Manager (Madurai Regional Office) Amit Ranjan, Assistant General Manager (Siruthozhil Branch – Theni) Rajesh and DGM (HR) of L.S. Mills Nivas were present at the event.
